Pulse 9/21 Edition Now Available

Pulse 9/7 Edition Available Tomorrow

The 9/7 edition of Pulse, will be available for download on the PlayStation Store tomorrow!
This edition includes a peek at the Mafia II add-on “The Betrayal of Jimmy” as well as a MotorStorm 3D Rift preview. We answer the ultimate question about when PlayStation Network will get the hit game Castle Crashers (hint: now!). Qore host Veronica Belmont previews Episode 28 featuring a post-apocalyptic Las Vegas theme. We also reveal the top ten downloads from the PlayStation Store (can you guess what took number one last month?) and discuss a few features about the PlayStation Protection Plan. From the Video Store, we have features on Killers, MacGruber, and more and give you a little preview of the Fall TV Sale.

The latest edition of PULSE, presented by the PlayStation Network, hits PlayStation Store later today in full HD and for your PSP system. You can also catch it right here, right now:
This edition features Scott Pilgrim, Shank, ‘Marvel-ous LittleBigPlanet’ add-ons, along with the Top 10 Avatars available. There’s also the new Top Gun game which made the PULSE crew want to rent this 80′s action classic (which by the way is currently available for rental or purchase on the video side of PlayStation Store.)

It’s been way too long since we posted on the PlayStation.Blog about each new edition of PULSE. Moving forward, we’re hoping to get the word out every couple of weeks when Christina and the crew publish another edition. The 8/3 edition hits the PlayStation Store later today in full HD or for your PSP. You can also watch a small version of this show right here and in the original programming section of PlayStation.com.
This edition includes details about the PlayStation Network Summer Sale with 50% off 15 popular titles, demos for Mafia II and Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days, and the Top Ten game and movie downloads of July. As for new video releases, check out Kick-Ass, Repo Men, and Clash of the Titans.

PULSE 12/22 Edition Now Available

For those of you wondering what happened to last week’s edition of PULSE, it’s available today as part of the final PlayStation Store publish of the decade. We delayed the usual Thursday release so we could get you the latest news just before the holidays.
Join Christina Lee for a look at the exclusive Metal Gear Solid Peacewalker PSP demo as well as the first Dante’s Inferno demo that’s hitting the PS3. The staff also put together 10 Gotta See Movies from 2009 that are still available from PlayStation Store and the list has some surprises. Remember, it’s the most wonderful time of the year, right?
You also don’t want to miss the Top 10 Game Downloads for 2009. Actually, no surprises, except for the order in the list.
We’ve had a terrific year bringing you this biweekly program. Hard to believe a year has gone by since PULSE made it’s premiere on PlayStation Network. I mean, it feels like we just recovered from our E3 coverage! Thanks for supporting the show and we look forward to an exciting 2010.
